The Parents Fund
The Parents Fund makes a wide range of out-of-classroom experiences possible for Miami students. These include learning assistance programs and collaborative learning experiences, the first-year Summer Reading Program, the After Dark Program, and many special events all designed to diversify the student culture of learning experiences.
Annual gifts to the Parents Fund benefit current Miami students by providing resources for programs that cannot be funded by state assistance, tuition or fees. Your financial support will enable Miami students to engage in opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable, such as:
- Student Recognition Program
- Collaborative Learning Program
- Co-curricular Learning Grants
- Campus Enrichment Program
- Out-of-classroom learning opportunities
- Peer Educator Programs
- Office of Learning Assistance
- Women's Center
- Make a Difference Day
- Black History Month
- Summer Reading Program
- Parents Association newsletters
